Passwords are stored using appropriate security practices and are not available to Tidepool Sports personnel in their original form.
Athlete and League Information
Tidepool Sports is designed to help sports organizations manage athlete evaluations and drafts. Organizations using our Services may provide information about athletes, teams, and league participants.
This information may include:
Athlete name
Team or division
Evaluation information and ratings
Draft information and draft selections
Player rankings or other evaluation-related information
Coach, manager, evaluator, or administrator comments
Roster and organizational information
Other information entered into the Services by an authorized organization or user
The organization using Tidepool Sports is generally responsible for determining what athlete information is entered into the Services and how that information is used within the organization.

We believe organizations and families using youth sports technology should have confidence that information entered into the platform is being used to provide the Services—not as a source of advertising data.
We do not sell athlete information, evaluation information, roster information, or user account information.

Tidepool Sports is primarily designed as a platform for sports organizations, leagues, coaches, managers, evaluators, administrators, and other authorized adults. Where an organization provides information about a youth athlete, the organization is responsible for ensuring that it has the appropriate authority and permissions to provide that information to Tidepool Sports and to use the Services.
We do not sell children's personal information.
We do not knowingly use children's personal information for behavioral advertising.
Where applicable law, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), requires parental consent or other protections, we will comply with those requirements.

Organizations may also request deletion of information associated with their league or organization.

Where information must be retained to comply with law, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain security, or fulfill another legitimate legal obligation, we may retain that information for the required period.
10. Mobile Applications
Tidepool Sports may make its Services available through applications for Apple iOS and Android devices.
Information collected through our mobile applications is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Depending on the functionality of the application, the app may require access to certain device capabilities or information. We will request permissions where appropriate and use information obtained through those permissions only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and within the applicable app-store requirements.
Our mobile applications do not sell personal information.
